There are no fees for using BlockFin Convert. The quoted receivable assets shown will be the actual amount of assets you will receive in your account once the conversion is executed.
Typically, conversions are completed instantly. However, if your conversion was unsuccessful for any reason, we recommend trying again. If the issue persists, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Support team for further assistance.
The real-time conversion rate is based on the best quote price from several market makers according to the current index price and therefore, it can be different from the Spot Market.
By using BlockFin Convert, you can instantly convert your crypto into any other supported assets with just a few clicks, without having to place orders manually on the Spot market or worrying about any potential market impact when transacting larger amounts.
The minimum and maximum transaction limits will vary for different coins. Please refer to the single limit stated before you place the order.
Please ensure that your funds have been transferred to your respective account selected before you perform the conversion. For example, if you have selected your Funding Account, you will need to transfer your funds to your Funding Account.
